Thalassa is run by a small team of wonderful humans.
Most of the team have been with us for over a decade. Nandi, Jayantha and Renu live onsite; Samantha, Sumana, Deepaka and Jannath all live nearby.
Without our amazing team, there simply wouldn’t be a Thalassa.
Led by the inimitable Nandi, they keep everything quietly ticking along. Beds are made, delicious treats appear, towels are somehow always dry – and hopefully, without quite realising when, you’ll start to feel completely at home.

The ‘Security’ Team
Our resident security team comes with four legs, wagging tails, and an excellent talent for strategic napping. Our dogs aren’t just part of the furniture – they’re part of the family. While their official role is to keep an eye on things, they’re far more interested in belly rubs, beach walks, and lying directly in your path. We suspect you’ll fall for them quickly – and they’ll absolutely assume you’re here purely to see them.
